• Develop and deliver new product features

• Improve engineering processes and tools to increase team effectiveness

• Work across both technical and business focused teams to deliver value to our users

• Review pull request of others

• Deploy Beta versions for testing and work closely with QAs

• Deploy final versions to production

Good and now, what are the requirements for me to be part of this neon universe?

• 2+ years of application development experience on Backend technologies Golang and/or Python

• Ability to communicate complicated technical problems to both technical and business audiences

• Experience in SQL DBs (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.

• Experience designing and developing distributed systems, APIs, workflows, concurrency, multithreading, and synchronization

• Knowledge of common Goroutine and channel patterns

• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL

• Experience developing, designing, implementing, and running microservices in a cloud environment at scale

• Experience using cache sytem such as Redis

• Experience with event based architecture
