We want to instill cybersecurity good practices to employees in a way that's actually effective, and entertaining enough so that employees don't feel like they're working. Think Duolingo but for cybersecurity.
We created a platform to easily rollout a cybersecurity awareness program: the platform sends chat-based 4-minutes long courses to teams. Following the courses, the other side of the platform simulates phishing attacks, to prepare employees to face hackers, but in a safe environment.
Created in 2020, Riot has raised $45m with leading investors (Y Combinator, Left Lane, Base10, Funders Club and First Capital) and is now protecting more than 2,000,000 employees in over 2,000 companies (including Intercom, Deel, and Deezer) all over the world.
Cybersecurity is everywhere. It's impacting everyone, everyday, and it's becoming the number one risk to any organization, whether it's a small business or a big firm. What you will do 🤝
Technical Responsibilities 💻
- Build and own the data flows that turn raw signals into clean, business-ready datasets feeding HubSpot, Lemlist, and our other GTM tools.
- Design the outbound orchestration engine: scoring, segmentation, and lead-routing logic that gets the right leads to the right rep at the right time.
- Be a driver of change and innovation, experiment with intent signals, activate them, and wire LLMs into the workflow to cut manual work.
- Build and improve the internal tooling that lets the team explore data and act on it without waiting for Ops support.
- Own the GTM data architecture, keep it scalable, secure, and reliable while cutting complexity and tech debt.
Collaborative Responsibilities ⚙️
- Run tight feedback loops with AEs, BDRs, and Team Leads to keep sharpening our business motions.
- Lead or contribute to cross-functional data and AI initiatives, partnering with GTM, RevOps, Data, and Security to find the highest-impact places to build.
- Shape the team’s long-term technical roadmap, defining priorities and architectural direction, in line with broader company goals.
Who you are 🪪
- 3+ years in RevOps, Growth Engineering, or Data Engineering in B2B SaaS. You've owned the systems behind a revenue motion, not just run campaigns.
- You know your way around SQL, the basics of Python or TS, and you can prompt LLMs to connect tools and move data through APIs and webhooks (our team uses Claude Code).
- Hands-on wiring LLMs into workflows to replace manual steps. You spot a manual process and automate it without being told.
- You have a Growth mindset and are interested in Sales/Marketing initiatives and challenges
- You have a full professional proficiency in English and native in French
- You're based in Paris or you're willing to relocate
What success looks like
- Day 1 : you land on a clean system that's mostly static. Your first mission is to get the data moving again.
- First 3 months : you start plugging in the first use cases, identifying market movements (new certifications, job changes, hiring signals), and animating the first leverage points for the team.
- Beyond : you build the GTM tech stack that powers Riot's worldwide expansion.
