At SaaS Labs, we're seeking an experienced TA Manager to spearhead our recruitment efforts across all functions. In this pivotal role, you'll lead and manage our talent acquisition team, drive the entire hiring process, and cultivate strong partnerships with stakeholders. Your mission will be to attract top-tier talent for all our departments, continuously refine our recruitment strategies, and ensure we stay ahead in a competitive market. Qualifications:
  • Over 8 years of Talent Acquisition expertise.
  • At least 3 years of team management experience.
  • Proven track record of recruiting and managing diverse teams across Engineering, Product, GTM, and Corporate functions.
  • Demonstrated capability in leadership and C-level recruitment.
  • Strong proficiency in data-driven hiring methodologies.
  • Experience hiring in global markets, including the US, Australia, Poland, and other countries.
  • Preference for candidates with a background in the SaaS industry.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with Business, People Ops, and the TA team to identify and prioritize current and future talent needs.
  • Develop, lead, and execute tailored hiring strategies for each function using various channels to attract top-tier talent.
  • Establish and nurture partnerships with search partners and assessment tool providers to enhance recruitment efficiency.
  • Monitor hiring plans, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to optimize performance.
  • Provide Leadership with insights on industry trends and competitive landscapes to inform talent acquisition strategies.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to Business and functional leaders, aligning talent needs with organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with Business and Leadership to cultivate and promote a strong employer brand across social media.
  • Ensure recruitment strategies align with diversity and inclusiveness objectives, fostering a reflective workforce.
  • Maintain data hygiene, trackers, and hiring reports, ensuring that the ATS is updated at all times.
  • Assign positions and hiring goals, track performance, and remove obstacles to ensure goals are met.
  • Actively hire for critical positions and leadership roles across Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Data, Partnerships, and other functions.
Skills:
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • A deep understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
    Experience of working on recruitment analytics and the ability to measure team performance.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful recruitment strategies across positions, including tech, non-tech, and leadership hiring.
  • Strong understanding of the current recruitment landscape and emerging trends in talent acquisition.
  • Experience in building and managing recruitment teams.
