Qualification:

  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing (Preferably in B2B SaaS or B2C SaaS)
  • Proven track record of success in driving user acquisition, activation, retention & monetization
  • Strong understanding of PLG principles, self-serve engines & Marketing Analytics
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data-driven growth marketing strategies across multiple channels (paid advertising, SEO, content marketing, videos, social media, in-app, email, SMS etc.)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Performance Marketing, SEO, Product, Data, Ops, Engineering teams and CEO's Office) to impact user acquisition, retention and monetization goals
  • Analyze marketing performance data and use insights to continuously improve channel/campaign effectiveness
  • Analyze data through Excel (Pivot Tables, V-Lookups) referencing marketing, product, and/or customer data
  • Create quant models, amplitude & hubspot dashboards that show the health of website metrics, lifecycle metrics, and revenue opportunities
  • Propose, design and launch A/B tests that drive engagement & conversions
  • Explore, analyze and synthesize data from multiple sources (qualitative and quantitative) to identify opportunities for testing
Must-Have Skills:
  • Hands on experience of marketing & analytics platforms (Google Analytics 4, HubSpot or similar tools, Mixpanel/Amplitude or similar tools, Userflow, VWO or similar tools, Tableau etc.)
  • Strong analytical & Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
  • Ability to clearly articulate complex marketing concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong experimentation mindset and understanding of Growth methodologies
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional partners
  • Ability to think strategically about what changes to make and are able to adjust rapidly with changes to the market, changes to the product, and changes to goals and timelines
  • Ability to find new acquisition channels that will naturally attract new users to sign up for our free product & to deploy strategies and tactics for converting free users into paying customers
Good-to-have Skills:
  • Ability to inspire, motivate, and lead a high-performing team
  • Knowledge of UX & CX best practices
  • Ability to adapt and not get tied to a strict definition of your job
  • General understanding of SaaS economics such as LTV, CAC, payback period, etc.
