  • 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, ideally within a SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of success in driving user acquisition, activation, retention & monetization
  • Deep understanding of PLG principles, self-serve engines & Marketing Analytics
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively when needed

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the development and execution of groundbreaking marketing campaigns across all channels (paid advertising, SEO, content marketing, social media, in-app, email, SMS) to ignite user acquisition, retention, and monetization
  • Design and launch strategic A/B tests to identify what drives user engagement and conversion, constantly optimizing the user journey
  • Leverage marketing performance data to derive insights and enhance the effectiveness of channels and campaigns and improve continuously
  • Proficient in data analysis using Excel and other data visualization tools such as Tableau, etc.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Hands-on experience with leading marketing & analytics platforms like Google Analytics 4, Mixpanel/Amplitude, Userflow, and Tableau (or similar tools)
  • Strong analytical & Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
  • Constantly seeking new acquisition channels to attract users and a proven track record of converting them into loyal customers
  • Strong experimentation mindset and understanding of Growth methodologies
Good-to-have Skills:
  • Knowledge of UX & CX best practices
  • Agile growth mindset and comfortable tackling new challenges
  • General understanding of SaaS economics such as LTV, CAC, payback period, etc.
