At SaaS Labs, we're looking for an experienced Partnerships Marketing Manager. In this pivotal role, you will lead our partner marketing strategy and execution to increase brand awareness, improve pipeline velocity, and win revenue. You aren’t just an idea factory, though we love big ideas too.
You’re a natural collaborator and a fantastic writer because you’ll be partnering closely with our PMM, Marketing, and partnership teams on go-to-market plans, product launches, and content enablement.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in global SaaS marketing for SMB and mid-market businesses, with at least 2 years executing partner marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own all our partner marketing efforts, collaborating with existing and new partners to understand their business needs and identify co-marketing opportunities to maximize ROI.
- Build and execute a partner marketing playbook that codifies cross-functional support provided to our partners and aligns with overall business goals, with a calendar for internal visibility.
- Create and execute co-marketing campaigns, including events, webinars, conferences, content marketing, and digital campaigns to drive pipeline creation.
- Build and maintain partner enablement materials like pitch decks, one pager, and email cadences to support internal and partner enablement sessions.
- Develop and partner with the content and product marketing teams on crafting assets like whitepapers, case studies, co-branded e-books, blog posts, and webinars.
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance and impact of partner marketing campaigns to executive leadership, with continuous improvement recommendations.
Skills:
- You are an exceptional communicator (written, verbal, and visual) who builds rapport with internal collaborators, partners, and customers.
- You prefer a "test and learn" approach to continuously optimize marketing campaigns, including A/B testing, segmentation analysis, and performance tracking.
- You like building business cases, analyzing competition, and collecting insights using both qualitative and quantitative methods to drive strategic decisions.
- You have an entrepreneurial approach and passion, a sense of urgency, and an ability to drive meaningful change in the industry.
