Role Mission:
The Outreach Specialist will collaborate closely with the Growth Marketing and Content teams. This role focuses on building and managing relationships with high-authority websites, bloggers, and influencers to drive quality backlinks and brand mentions. The candidate will lead link-building and outreach initiatives to improve domain authority and organic search performance.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a scalable outreach strategy to build high-quality backlinks that improve domain authority and search rankings.
  • Identify and establish relationships with bloggers, website owners, journalists, and influencers within the SaaS.
  • Create personalized, engaging outreach messages and campaigns to secure placements, mentions, and backlinks.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of outreach campaigns, including link acquisition, referral traffic, and organic ranking improvements.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in link-building and Google’s algorithm changes to refine outreach strategies.
  • Conduct competitor backlink analysis to identify new link-building opportunities.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience, preferably from high growth B2B SaaS.
  • Background: Off-page SEO, Relationship Building, Data Analysis proficiency, Strong written communication, High volume link building experience.
  • Skills: Understanding of SEO principles, Familiarity with SEO tools, Existing relationships with high DA publishers, Staying on top of trends.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Strong experience in managing and scaling link-building campaigns that drive measurable improvements in domain authority and organic rankings.
  • Ability to craft personalized and effective outreach emails to secure partnerships and backlinks.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships across a variety of channels.
