Role Mission:
The Outreach Specialist will work closely with the Growth Marketing team. This role drives organic growth through on-page, off-page, programmatic and technical SEO initiatives. The candidate will create and implement SEO strategies that improve organic search visibility, drive traffic, and contribute to the overall inbound sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end SEO strategy & execution focused on driving pipeline and conversions, ensuring a direct impact on revenue growth.
- Leverage AI tools and automation to identify high-impact opportunities, streamline SEO workflows, and optimize content for better rankings and conversions.
- Stay at the forefront of emerging SEO trends, such as programmatic SEO & AI SEO.
- Use data-driven insights to monitor and improve key metrics such as MQLs, SQLs, Opportunities to improve ROI.
- Conduct advanced competitive analysis to identify content gaps.
- Optimize the website and landing pages for customer intent, ensuring higher click-through rates and improved conversions across the funnel.
- Develop dashboards and reports to track organic performance.
- Experiment with new content formats and technical implementations to improve user engagement and search visibility.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience, preferably from high growth B2B SaaS.
- Background: On-page SEO, Off-page SEO, Technical SEO, Data Analysis proficiency, Strong written communication.
- Skills: Strong understanding of SEO principles, Familiarity with SEO, CRM & reporting tools, Staying on top of trends.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proven ability to develop and execute SEO strategies that directly impact pipeline growth, customer acquisition, and revenue.
- Strong experience in leveraging AI and automation tools to optimize SEO processes and scale it.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work collaboratively with content, development, and product teams to execute SEO strategies.
- Hands-on experience in using tools like SurferSEO, Clearscope Tableau, and Looker.
