What You’ll Do:
- Lead Research & Strategy – Drive user research, define key insights, and shape product development.
- Mentor & Grow the Team – Build and nurture a high-caliber design team while fostering a culture of learning and excellence.
- Define & Execute Vision – Partner with PMs and Engineers to craft seamless user experiences for our global user base.
- Champion the User – Develop scalable design systems that enhance usability and delight customers.
- Deliver Impact – Own the end-to-end design process, from wireframes to high-fidelity designs across web and mobile platforms.
- Scale the Culture – Establish best practices, document design processes, and stay ahead of industry trends.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of UX/Product Design experience (web & mobile), with 2+ years in team leadership.
- A strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design, iterative improvements, and impact.
- Experience designing self-serve SaaS products that users love.
- Exceptional collaboration skills—able to work cross-functionally with teams like Customer Success, Marketing, and Engineering.
- Strong communication—can articulate design decisions and rationale clearly.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities.
