We are looking for an exceptional Assistant Director of Product Marketing to drive our positioning, product storytelling, and revenue impact.
As a key leader, you will work closely with leadership to shape the GTM strategy, our brand’s voice and positioning, and enable our Sales and Customer Success teams with the tools they need to win. You’re expected to be an exceptional people leader with the ability to mentor and coach not only your own team but also set the bar for cross-functional collaboration across our Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
This role is based in Noida/Bangalore, and we work in-office 4 days a week because some of the best ideas still happen over coffee and whiteboards
What We’ll Count on You For
Define market strategy and positioning: Conduct deep market research and competitive analysis to position our products for maximum impact.
Customer-centric content & storytelling: Craft messaging that speaks to our ideal customer profiles (ICPs), ensuring differentiation and innovation in a crowded landscape.

Revenue acceleration: Partner with Sales and Customer Success to optimize conversion rates and increase Net Revenue Retention (NRR).
GTM execution: Lead high-impact product launches, develop compelling sales enablement assets (pitch decks, battlecards, and case studies), and drive adoption strategies.
Data-driven optimization: Measure, analyze, and refine strategies based on performance insights and customer feedback.

Strategic leadership and impact:
Define product marketing strategy org-wide, aligned to revenue goals and roadmap.
Mentor and scale a team of passionate product marketers, and uphold a culture of creativity and excellence.
What’ll Make You a Great Match
10+ years of product marketing experience with a proven track record of leading GTM initiatives. B2B SaaS experience is preferred.
5+ years leading high-performing teams, with a hands-on, EQ-driven approach to leadership.
Master storyteller with exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
Experience with PLG & SLG strategies and deep understanding of SMB and Mid-Market customer segments.
Domain expertise in CCaaS or adjacent markets is a plus.
