About the Role

The Solutions Consultant plays a mission critical role in supporting Account Executives throughout the sales cycle by driving the technical win. You will deliver high impact demos, run smooth trials and POC's and guide prospects with data driven insights that accelerate deal velocity. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Product and Onboarding, ensuring prospects clearly understand the value of JustCall and achieve success during evaluation.

What We’ll Count on You For

  • Strong product knowledge with hands on experience in APIs, IPaaS, and technical solutioning to guide prospects through demos, trials, and integrations.

  • Deliver tailored product demos and POC's aligned to each prospect's workflow and technical setup.

  • Drive trial success end to end, ensuring customers achieve early value and move confidently toward proposal and purchase.

  • Assist AE's with technical validation, including solution mapping, integration guidance, and contributions to RFP responses.

  • Build and maintain MSP/Project Progress Tracker documents with clear milestones, defined use cases, and success criteria for key opportunities.

  • Enable data driven selling by leveraging PQL scores and product usage insights to nudge AEs and customers toward next steps.

  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor during procurement reviews and handoff to onboarding for newly closed customers.

What’ll Make You a Great Match

  • Prior experience in SaaS presales, solution consulting or technical sales roles.

  • Demonstrated strength in delivering product demos and driving evaluation cycles.

  • Ability to interpret usage data (PQL's) and guide prospects using insights.

  • Excellent communication, storytelling and problem solving skills.

  • Strong cross functional collaboration with Sales, Product and Customer Success teams.
