About The Role
We’re hiring an Associate Product Manager (APM) to join the JustCall Product team.
This role sits at the intersection of product development, customer insight, and product operations, giving you hands-on exposure to how SaaS products are discovered, built, and scaled. You will work closely with product managers, engineering, design, and customer-facing teams to ensure we are building the right things — and that they work seamlessly for our customers.
This is a high-ownership role designed for future product leaders, where you’ll help shape product decisions, ship meaningful improvements, and develop a deep understanding of our customers and product.
What You’ll Do
Own product problems and ship solutions
Own small product areas and features end-to-end, from problem discovery and requirements to launch and iteration
Work closely with engineering and design to ship high-quality product improvements
Support feature launches, beta programs, and product rollouts.
Turn customer signals into product insights
Analyse customer feedback, support signals, and product usage data to uncover product opportunities.
Participate in customer interviews and help synthesise insight.
Identify friction in the user journey and opportunities to improve activation and adoption
Use data to guide product decisions
Track feature adoption, usage patterns, and key product metrics.
Build insights that help the team make faster, better product decisions.
Strengthen product feedback loops
Work closely with support, sales, and success teams to ensure customer insights inform product priorities.
Help maintain clear product documentation and release communication across teams
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience in product management, product operations, consulting, growth, or analytical roles.
Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
Ability to move between customer problems, data, and product solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Comfort working in a fast-moving startup environment
Bonus Points
Experience working with B2B SaaS products
Familiarity with product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc.)
Understanding of SaaS metrics like activation, retention, and churn
