Senior Customer Success Management is a role that is defined in various ways in the industry, but at its core, it is all about making the customers successful and making them realise the value of the services we offer. A good Senior Customer Success Manager must have a thirst for knowledge, the ability to learn quickly, easily grasp new software applications, and act as a conduit between the customer and our company.

About the Role

As an Accounts Receivable Executive, you will support day-to-day contract setup, invoicing, payment tracking, and renewal coordination to ensure accurate billing and smooth financial operations.

What We’ll Count on You For

  • Set up and maintain customer contracts in internal systems.

  • Generate customized invoices as per requirements.

  • Handle billing and contract-related queries via different channels.

  • Monitor payments across bank accounts and Stripe, and update payment status in NetSuite.

  • Follow up on overdue invoices and take actions on account level accordingly.

  • Maintain and update outstanding invoices and contract tracking sheets.

  • Process customer refunds and charges and respond to related queries.

  • Support month-end activities by preparing and posting revenue entries.

  • Assist with ad-hoc AR related work.

What’ll Make You a Great Match

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field n with an experience of 2-3 years in AR.

  • Basic understanding of accounting principles, invoicing, and financial processes.

  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel, Gsheets and other MS Office tools.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage routine operational tasks accurately.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

  • Willingness to learn internal systems and tools (NetSuite, Stripe, JIRA, Salesforce etc.).

  • Organized, dependable, and able to follow up on tasks independently.

  • Positive attitude with a strong learning mindset and sense of ownership.
