About the Role
At SaaS Labs, performance marketing isn’t about running ads. It’s about driving predictable, scalable revenue growth.
You’ll play a key role in building acquisition engines that don’t just generate leads, but generate the right pipeline.
If you think beyond clicks and impressions and care deeply about conversion, pipeline quality, and CAC efficiency, this role will push you in the right ways.
What We’ll Count on You For
Own and scale paid acquisition across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, Microsoft, and emerging channels
Drive end-to-end funnel performance from first touch to qualified pipeline — with revenue as the north star, not traffic or vanity metrics

LinkedIn: job titles, buying groups, company targeting
Google: search intent, keyword clustering
Continuously improve ad creatives, messaging, and landing pages in collaboration with design and CRO teams
Identify and fix funnel drop-offs, taking full ownership of performance — beyond reporting
Track and optimize key metrics including pipeline, CPL, CAC, and ROAS, tying campaign performance directly to revenue outcomes
Leverage AI and automation as a core part of your workflow to move faster, improve analysis, and scale execution
