Senior Customer Success Management is a role that is defined in various ways in the industry, but at its core, it is all about making the customers successful and making them realise the value of the services we offer. A good Senior Customer Success Manager must have a thirst for knowledge, the ability to learn quickly, easily grasp new software applications, and act as a conduit between the customer and our company.

What We’ll Count on You For

  • Work alongside the web dev team members to ensure the deliverables are delivered within the allocated timeframe

  • Collaborate with various internal teams to achieve organizational goals

  • Work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends and best practices, and implement them in projects

  • Troubleshoot and debug any issues that arise

  • Provide technical support or guidance to other team members

Skills that make you successful in this role

  • Experience with HTML5, Tailwind, JavaScript.

  • Experience of integrating CRMs like HubSpot with CMS or vanilla Lead Gen forms.

  • Experience with Git and version control systems

  • Experience in creating themes and plugins in WordPress

  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

What’ll Make You a Great Match

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent

  • 3+ years of experience working with web development, specifically NextJS and Headless CMS development.

  • Strong knowledge of NextJS and Headless CMS development (in WordPress), Advanced Custom Fields (ACF), Custom Post Type UI (CPT UI), and PHP.
