SUMMARY
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for owning the full sales cycle, prospecting, qualifying, and nurturing new leads, developing relationships with barbers, running product demonstrations, negotiating and closing business. You’ll connect with prospects across multiple channels-phone, email, social media, and events - building authentic relationships and positioning our product as a must-have solution for shop owners. You’ll lead product demonstrations, understand customer pain points, and confidently guide prospects from first conversation through contract signature. This role is perfect for someone who brings energy, resilience, and a love of winning - and who’s excited to sharpen their sales craft in a fast-paced startup environment.
This position reports to the Sales Manager and is based in-office in Austin, TX. We are onboarding a new class of Sales Representatives starting March 2, 2026.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline by prospecting barbershop owners through outbound calls, email, social media, referrals, and events.
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, product demonstrations, negotiation, and close.
- Deliver engaging product demos that highlight key features, real customer outcomes, and business impact.
- Develop a strong understanding of each prospect’s business, challenges, and goals to tailor messaging and solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, emails, and deal activity in Salesforce.
- Partner closely with Sales and Onboarding teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and successful ramp-up.
- Identify decision-makers, manage follow-ups, and work to shorten the sales cycle.
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry events as needed.
- Uphold standard pricing, contract terms, and invoicing schedules while navigating approvals for exceptions.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- 1+ years of customer service experience.
- Experience in outbound prospecting, inside sales, or a similar customer-facing role at a startup preferred but not required.
- You’re hungry, competitive, and thrive on hitting goals - you’re a hunter.
- Comfortable managing a high volume of outbound activity and handling rejection constructively.
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn the barbershop industry and our product inside and out.
- Strong organization and time-management skills to juggle multiple deals at once.
- Must be willing and able to work in-office in East Austin area Mon-Fri.
- Availability to start on March 2, 2026.
