The Global Sales Enablement Team is dedicated to equipping our sales teams & leaders with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. This includes the delivery of our Global Sales Enablement Strategy aimed at cultivating a high-performance sales culture.

What you’ll do

  • Build and execute a sales enablement vision for GTM Management team that advances Stripe's position in the market, focusing enablement activities on the most impactful areas as identified through continuous engagement with senior leaders.
  • Develop and roll out innovative training initiatives that empower our managers with the skills and insights necessary for effective leadership, XFN alignment, team collaboration, and performance enhancement, ensuring alignment with Stripe's mission and values.
  • Collaborate closely with executive leadership to align our sales enablement initiatives with Stripe’s strategic goals, ensuring that every program drives meaningful revenue growth and strengthens our position in key markets.
  • Craft a forward-looking Manager enablement roadmap that leverages data insights and emerging market trends, empowering our sales leaders to meet current demands while anticipating and adapting to the future of the payments landscape.
  • Cultivate a dynamic coaching and mentorship culture among our management team, providing them with the resources and frameworks needed to inspire and elevate their teams' performance while driving Stripe's commitment to continuous growth and development.
  • Identify sales skills and knowledge gaps, partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams (Product Marketing, Sales, Tech Sales, Operations) to build targeted programs that increase efficiency, expertise, and overall impact.
  • Establish scalable enablement processes to support crowd-sourced knowledge-sharing and advocate for the GTM Management team by providing a feedback loop for cross-functional partners.
  • Determine KPIs for enablement programs and manage performance against clear goals to measure success.
  • Build and maintain valued relationships with key stakeholders, aligning learning experiences with business goals and performance strategies.
  • Innovate, leveraging adult learning best practices to meet the evolving needs of the business and contribute to the global sales enablement strategy.

Minimum requirements

  • 12+ years sales or sales enablement experience
  • Experience in Financial Services/FinTech industry and strong payments acumen
  • Experience working in an organization with a usage/consumption based revenue models
  • Proven ability to distill complex technical information into accessible content fit for a sales audience
  • Extraordinary communication skills and executive presence
  • Experience with sales organizations operating globally and in a virtual environment
  • Autonomous, organized, and structured
  • Experience coaching and delivering value selling or solution selling programs
  • Experience in a fast-paced dynamic environment, balancing strategic priorities with high-quality, tactical execution
  • A proven track record in scaling successful training and development programs globally
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with senior leaders and subject matter experts
  • Ability to influence teams, motivating them to engage with available resources and deliver results
  • A proven track record of balancing competing priorities and making data-driven decisions
  • A high threshold for navigating ambiguity and building effective solutions that scale

Preferred qualifications

  • An advanced degree or certification in enablement
  • Certification in value selling or solution selling
  • Experience rolling out Corporate Visions
  • Sales Coaching certification
  • Sales leader experience
Office-assigned Stripes spend at least 50% of the time in a given month in their local office or with users. This hits a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility about how to do this in a way that makes sense for individuals and their teams.

The annual salary range for this role in the primary location is €104,000 - €156,000. This range may change if you are hired in another location. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings (“OTE”) range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and specific location. Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the primary location may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.
