As Tenor grows, we’re looking for a Founding SDR to join the team. We're defining a new product category, and are on track to be a leading player in the space - and you'll be a key person in us achieving our growth goals.

You'll be reporting to an experienced founder, and building on a successful outbound playbook, with the best tools available to you.

We're a distributed team, with our headquarters in San Francisco. For this role, we're open to awesome candidates anywhere in North America.

You:

  • Have at least 2 years of SDR experience, ideally selling enterprise SaaS
  • Are a stellar communicator, both verbal and written
  • Are comfortable speaking with senior decision makers at F500 companies, with warmth, passion, and authenticity
  • Move fast, experiment, and aren’t afraid to try a new messaging approach or channel
  • Are excited about the future of leadership and learning, and fired up about AI’s role in it
  • Work well independently, but love being part of a high-trust, high-performance team
  • Know your way around outbound tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot (and can learn fast)

The Role:

  • Your north star will be the number of meetings attended by qualified personas at Tenor’s ICP - and your variable comp is structured to reward your successes here
  • You’ll run outbound prospecting across multiple channels
  • You’ll help create and refine messaging, sequences, and targeting - and double down on what works
  • You’ll bring insight from your conversations back to the team to help us iterate on positioning, product, and strategy
  • You’ll be a founding member of Tenor's GTM team
