About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our sales team and help us take our crypto software to the next level. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with projects and foundations in the crypto space, managing relationships with existing clients, helping them to understand our product offerings, and driving revenue growth for the company.


  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and grow the customer base.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings and how they can benefit startups in the crypto space.
  • Identify and target potential new customers and then build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through prospecting efforts, networking, and other outreach methods. NOTE: Tokensoft may have a Business Development Representative (BDR). However, Account Executives do not have dedicated BDRs and take sole responsibility for their performance.
  • Conduct product demos and presentations to potential customers, highlighting the unique value proposition of our products.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Negotiate and close deals with customers, including contract negotiation and pricing agreements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and a smooth onboarding process.
  • Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to create and execute on effective sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Continuously track and report on sales metrics, including pipeline development, deal closure rates, and revenue growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with trends and developments in the crypto space, and proactively share insights with the broader team.


  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales in the tech industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience selling complex software solutions to enterprise clients.
  • Knowledge of the crypto industry and its potential applications in business.
  • Entrepreneurial drive to problem solve is resourceful in a fast-moving industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
