\n\nAs a Sales Operations Associate with WeTravel, you will be tasked with leading the strategy for lead generation, assignment, shuffling, and lead pool analysis to ensure our prospects fall into the right hands.
This person will be responsible for the strategy to make the lead pools grow, increase their data accuracy, and find new ways of generating and assigning new leads. A high level of autonomy in completing and prioritizing tasks is expected in this role.

- \nDefine the lead generation strategy for the different regions (US, EMEA, Latin America, etc) and different travel segments. \n
- \nAdministrating Hubspot properties and workflows, and supporting account executives and managers on their requests. \n
- \nCreate and enhance a lead scoring process based on customers’ performance and external data. \n
- \nWork closely with the Lead Quality Team Lead to ensure the quality of the leads assigned to the Account Executives. \n
- \nWorking closely with the Sales Operations Manager and the VP of Growth in the different initiatives involving lead generation, lead quality, lead assignment, and lead shuffling. \n
- \nAnalyze past data and forecasting reports to suggest lead assignments and define the best way to generate new leads. \n
- \nCoaching the lead gen reps, and providing feedback to increase the lead quality. \n
- \nEnhancing Hubspot through new automation, new tool integrations, and workflows to simplify processes. \n
- \nActively seek out lead scraping tools that create ROI positive and incremental value to the business \n
