About the role
This role is all about empowering travel organizers with innovative tools that enhance how they engage with customers and streamline their operations. You’ll play a pivotal part in shaping new features that redefine how organizers and travelers interact, across web and mobile platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-impact initiative at WeTravel, with the potential to transform the travel planning experience.
What You’ll Work On:
- Lead the development of WeTravel mobile apps that will empower travelers to access everything they need on the go.
- AI-Assistant: Harness the power of AI to help organizers generate sales and spark travelers’ imagination.
- Organizer Workflows: Develop cutting-edge technology to empower organizers in streamlining their operations.
We are looking for an experienced, generalist senior product manager (PM) to lead this exciting initiative. You will deeply study travel organizers’ needs, prioritize them, come up with solutions (or hypothesis to test), drive all necessary functions to build and launch the solutions, drive adoption, and ultimately grow our revenue (and profit). In this high-impact and high-visibility role, you will report to our Lead Product Manager and work directly with the executive team on a weekly basis.

About the ideal candidate
The ideal candidate would bring a track record of exceptional results and well-rounded product management skill set (especially the ability to break down any problem and drive high-velocity execution). As long as you have the skillset and growth mindset, we’re flexible on the seniority leveling for this role (PM, senior PM, and staff PM) and will provide the right level of autonomy and support. Also, we have a world-class executive team who are dedicated to coaching.

- Several years of track record for building & launching features that deliver a measurable impact to revenue, profitability, and retention goals.
- Successfully scaled a product 10x through deliberate iterations.
- Strong product sense.

- Great customer interview skills, building trust with customers through effective communication..
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in working with functionally, culturally, and linguistically diverse colleagues.
