I joined WeTravel 6 years ago as an Account Executive helping Peruvian tour operators grow. Since then, I’ve built teams across Latin America, helped scale Africa, and now I’m based in our Amsterdam HQ, leading expansion across EMEA.

We’ve seen strong traction in markets like the UK, Ireland, Spain, Portugal, and Italy, and now we’re looking to expand in the rest of Europe. France, Belgium, and the Netherlands are our next bet, and that’s where you come in.

I’m building a new team to unlock this potential. We’re looking for someone who’s not afraid to build from scratch. This role is part Account Executive, part Business Developer. You’ll have best practices to lean on, but you’ll also be expected to figure things out, connect the dots, and help us shape the market.

How We Work

At WeTravel, our Sales team combines autonomy with strong collaboration. As an Account Executive, you'll own the full sales cycle — from initial outreach and discovery calls to product demos, closing deals, and smoothly handing off to onboarding.


We focus on understanding each client's unique needs and aligning our solutions to match. You won’t just sell — you’ll guide and support potential customers in discovering how WeTravel (products) can truly help their business thrive.


We value proactive, solution-oriented individuals who aren’t afraid to take initiative, spot opportunities, and act on them. Our team moves fast, supports one another, and celebrates wins together — big and small. You’ll spend most of your time doing what actually moves the needle: prospecting, demoing, and following up with qualified leads—we already have a large pool of interested prospects, so minimal time is needed on research.

We use HubSpot to manage our pipeline and prioritize a consultative sales approach that builds lasting relationships with travel operators. Hospitality or travel industry experience is a big plus, and we love people who bring that customer-first mindset to every conversation.

Why You Should or Shouldn’t Apply

You Should Apply If You

  • Are a native or C2 level French speaker and fully proficient in English (required)

  • Feel confident on the phone and comfortable with cold outreach

  • Have strong communication and presentation skills

  • Are passionate about helping small to mid-sized businesses grow

  • Have some experience with inside sales via email and phone

  • Have worked in B2B sales, ideally with small businesses

  • Are familiar with CRM tools like HubSpot

  • Bonus if you come from a hospitality or travel background and understand how tour operators think

You Might Not Be The Right Fit If You

  • Don’t enjoy outbound sales or initiating contact with new prospects.

  • Aren’t comfortable managing a full sales cycle independently.

  • Struggle with organization or adapting to fast-changing priorities.

On a Weekly Basis You Will Find Yourself

  • Prospecting and connecting with tour operators in France and Belgium

  • Acting as a business developer — we’ll provide lead lists, but we’ll also count on you to source your own, gather market insights, and help us break into the France & Benelux region effectively

  • Running engaging demos that clearly show the value of WeTravel

  • Managing your pipeline in HubSpot and keeping deals moving forward

  • Closing new business and ensuring a smooth handoff to our onboarding team

  • Sharing market feedback with our product and marketing teams to shape what comes next

  • Collaborating with a friendly, high-performing team that genuinely loves what they do
