Role at a Glance

At Yaydoo, we are looking for a Sr. Account Manager to join our team. The Sr. Account Manager will be responsible for cultivating and fostering strategic relationships with our Enterprise level clients. Leveraging a deep understanding of our Software Solutions and each client's unique needs. The Enterprise Sr. Account Manager will act as a trusted advisor, driving client satisfaction, retention, and expansion.


  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within assigned enterprise accounts, understanding their business objectives and ensuring alignment with our solutions.
  • Customer Success: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, advocating for their needs within the organization and ensuring the successful implementation and utilization of our software solutions. This role should be organized and demonstrate effective project management and the ability to manage client expectations and client commitments as well.
  • Retention and Expansion: Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services to existing clients, driving revenue growth and maximizing customer lifetime value.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer support, to develop and execute strategic account plans that align with customer goals and drive mutual success.
  • Forecasting and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of account activity, including sales forecasts, pipeline management, and customer interactions, providing regular updates to management on account health and performance.
  • Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies, providing valuable insights to customers and internal stakeholders to inform product development and sales strategies.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales or account management within the software industry, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving customer success.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models and familiarity with enterprise software solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and the ability to anticipate and address customer needs proactively.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM Software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
