About The Role

This presents a distinctive chance to both learn and make a meaningful contribution within an experienced, established team. It offers an excellent avenue for career development and personal growth, encompassing a wide range of responsibilities across middle office functions, customer communications, and trading operations. Your role will involve active engagement with the team, market venues, and the market makers we collaborate with. You'll be responsible for risk management and ensuring the timely fulfillment of deadlines and service level agreements, all in strict compliance with firm policies, SEC rules, and FINRA regulations. Success in this role requires thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, where critical thinking and sound judgment are paramount.

What You’ll Do

  • Execution of Written Supervisory Procedures to comply with all SEC and FINRA rules.
  • Monitor trading systems that are executing equity orders.
  • Resolution of trade inquiries
  • Monitor trading activity, firm accounts, corporate actions, and identify and resolve problems associated with trades.
  • Monitor health of routing systems and Venues and interact with Venues as required.
  • Coordinate response for system, trading, and related issues.
  • Work with the team on a daily basis and learn all of the intricate details of how the team operates.

About You

  • Strong computer skillset and be able to use Excel, Sql, Python
  • 3+ years working in a broker-dealer operations/trading environment
  • FINRA Series 7, 57
  • Strong understanding of brokerage operation functions
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and adapt to a changing environment
  • Ability to work overnight shift from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM

Compensation
Compensation package offerings are based on candidate experience and technical qualifications, as it relates to the role. These are identified and determined throughout your interviewing experience.

$120,000$150,000 USD
