About the Role:
The Senior Marketing Specialist will collaborate on the planning and execution of digital marketing strategies in an effort to increase brand recognition and drive sales. They are responsible for owning various aspects of traditional brand marketing, including managing brand social media accounts and overseeing the Partner Newsletter. This role involves collaboration with analysts and Sales Operations to extract insights from email open rates, user engagement, and other digital marketing metrics to curate and distribute content that aligns with our brand.
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to re-launch and manage the Partner Newsletter, ensuring content is timely and aligned with core brand values
- Manage paid search, social and digital ad campaigns
- Work with the Sales, Product and Executive teams to brainstorm and provide consistent messaging and branding across materials and platforms
- Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing programs to identify target segments and tailor marketing strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with analysts and Sales Operations to track and analyze email open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates from email campaigns
- Transform partner insights and success stories into compelling case studies and sales collateral that showcase our value proposition
- Assist in the planning and execution of events, conferences, and other marketing initiatives to drive brand visibility
- Help maintain and enhance our social media presence, company website and blog
What You’ll Need:
- Experience in marketing, preferably with a focus on sales, product marketing or related areas
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in creating case studies, marketing collateral, and engaging content
- Familiarity with event planning and execution
- Ability to coordinate across functional areas, including product, technology, sales ops and marketing
- Proficiency in Salesforce with the ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights is a plus, but not a strict requirement
- Background in the fintech or finance services space is a plus
Compensation
Compensation package offerings are based on candidate experience and technical qualifications, as it relates to the role. These are identified and determined throughout your interviewing experience.
