About The Role:

The Senior Product Owner on the Client Portals team owns the product requirements and roadmap for DriveWealth’s key partner and end-user portals. These portals enable efficient brokerage operations, tax management, and reporting for partners, internal teams, and clients. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather and prioritize needs, define MVPs, and deliver impactful solutions. It requires experience managing products that rely heavily on API integrations and working closely with engineering to ensure smooth execution.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the roadmap for the Client Portals, delivering features that empower partners, internal operations teams, and end users to manage brokerage operations, tax documentation, and reporting efficiently.
  • Collaborate with product domain owners to gather, refine, and prioritize cross-functional requirements, ensuring portals surface the right data and workflows.
  • Understand operational workflows and translate feedback from stakeholders into end to end front end experiences for internal and external users
  • Keep Client Portals initiatives in sync with company-wide priorities by working closely with stakeholders to balance team goals with broader business needs, making thoughtful tradeoffs to deliver the best overall outcomes.
  • Define and deliver MVPs and product releases, working closely with engineering to translate requirements into seamless API-to-UI experiences and timely delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze the competitive landscape and industry trends to inform product strategy and identify opportunities for differentiation.
  • Define and execute the product strategy for self-service reporting, enabling internal teams and partners to independently access and analyze operational data.
  • Use analytics and stakeholder feedback to guide prioritization, validate assumptions, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement, including addressing tech debt and advancing platform enhancements.

What You’ll Need:

  • Proven experience managing complex B2B or B2C products, preferably in fintech or brokerage industries, with familiarity in API-driven platforms and reporting solutions.
  • Strong skills in gathering, prioritizing, and balancing requirements from diverse stakeholders while aligning with business goals.
  • Experience driving end-to-end product delivery in Agile environments, including defining MVPs and managing backlogs.
  • Analytical mindset to leverage data, user feedback, and market insights for continuous product improvement.
  • Strong understanding of Agile practices and ceremonies, believe in product increments and iterate on the feedback quickly.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.

Compensation
Compensation package offerings are based on candidate experience and technical qualifications, as it relates to the role. These are identified and determined throughout your interviewing experience.

New York, NY (Hybrid) Pay Range
$165,000$210,000 USD
