From great products to long-lasting companies, we believe that nothing great is made alone—come make with us!
We have scaled our European team, and we are now looking for an organized, go-getter marketing program manager to help us coordinate and scale multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive demand, accelerate sales opportunities and join the dots between key stakeholders to drive the business forward.
You’ll be focussed on ensuring our multi-channel marketing programs (from field events, webinars to paid/digital advertising, email) are handled expertly, from strategy to execution. You will also experiment with programs in expansion markets and work closely with regional marketing managers (UK, FR, DACH) to roll out to key markets if successful. This role is also an advocate for the marketing department and helps the related sales teams understand the EMEA marketing teams priorities and key programs.
As part of the international Marketing team, you’ll partner closely with the regional Field Marketing Teams, Sales, Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, and our Designer Advocates to connect marketing initiatives to the wider vision and mission of the business.
What you’ll do at Figma:
- Define, lead and project manage multi-channel marketing programs (from field events, webinars to paid/digital advertising, email) to drive demand, create net-new sales opportunities, accelerate existing opportunities and deepen our existing customer relationships. You will make sure the whole process runs smoothly and on time.
- Partner closely with regional marketing managers in key regions (UK, France, DACH) to connect the dots and enable, implement and scale marketing programs. You will identify opportunities to operationalize and roll-out in additional expansion markets for maximum impact.
- Be the connector and collaborator between all partner teams; how can we drive demand/reach new audiences, how can we ensure we generate business success for our sales teams?
- Report on the success of the projects you run and build frameworks to drive efficiency.
- Leverage data to aid program success to prioritize decision making.
Some projects you could work on:
- Define a strategy and execution plan for a multichannel marketing program to drive Sales opportunities and pipeline.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders as well as cross functional teams to scale it across key markets (UK, FR, DACH).
- Develop reporting frameworks to drive decision making.
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- Extensive multi-channel marketing program experience – from digital to events. ABM is a plus.
- Worked closely with Sales to generate MQLs, drive conversion to opportunities and pipeline.
- You know how to use data on program success to prioritize decision making.
- You can build frameworks and project plans to drive efficiency.
- Incredible organization skills – you naturally build processes and checklists and enjoy driving your projects forward.
- Advanced project management skills, and you can take any project through to completion on time and within budget.
- A fast paced attitude. You consider yourself a “go-getter” and enjoy quickly getting stuck in.
- Communication skills that challenge the best communicators. You understand how to work with people, and you easily can balance diplomacy and assertion
- You are a great collaborator. You find it easy to get buy in to your projects and unblock challenges as they arise
- You enjoy tools; Salesforce, Asana – we name it, you’ve used it.
- A creative outlook: you relish bringing new insights to existing projects and continuously push the team to try new things.
