As we continue to expand internationally across Europe, we are looking for a Regional Marketing Manager to build and execute successful regional field marketing and demand gen programs with the regional sales team in the DACH (Germany, Austria & Switzerland) region.
As the Regional Marketing Manager, DACH, you will partner with regional stakeholders to build and execute a strategy to support revenue, pipeline growth in the region. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the EMEA and global marketing team to build out and execute regional programs or localize global campaigns, which include channels like (virtual) events, digital, paid social, partner etc. and communicate the field’s needs back to the broader team. The right candidate understands the end-to-end customer journey in a SaaS business (from Enterprise to SMB and Mid-market), and is driven by data and results.
You’ll be part of the EMEA/International Marketing Team and partner closely with Marketing/Sales Operations, Product Marketing, Web and Content and the Design Advocate team to connect marketing initiatives and programs to the wider vision and mission of the business.
What you’ll do at Figma:
- Develop and execute a multi-channel marketing strategy that supports and is in line with the regional sales strategy to drive demand, create net-new sales opportunities, accelerate existing opportunities and deepen our customer relationships
- Partner with the EMEA and global Marketing team to create new or regionalise global demand gen, digital, lifecycle programs where possible and needed
- Plan, execute and track regional programs including channels like (virtual) events, sponsored events, digital programs, paid media and email.
- Be the connector and collaborator between all stakeholder teams; how can we drive demand/reach new audiences, how can we ensure we generate business success for our sales teams?
- Gain a deep understanding of the Figma platform and optimize programs/campaigns based on the segment needs, and their buyer’s journey
- Be the face of marketing to the field sales teams, and work with sales operations and enablement to communicate marketing programs in a timely manner
- Report on the success of the programs you run
- Leverage data to aid program success to prioritize decision making
- Help drive and coordinate the creation of regional customer case studies
Some projects you could work on:
- Work closely with sales to identify new opportunities to support and drive demand
- Build a demand gen program to reach design and product leaders across segments
- Run industry-targeted (virtual) events and multi-channel campaigns to drive pipeline
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- Extensive and multi-channel B2B Marketing experience, including planning and execution of a field focussed Marketing strategy DACH – from digital to events. ABM experience is a plus.
- Worked closely with Sales to generate MQLs, drive conversion to opportunities and pipeline – and a passion to overachieve goals.
- A love of bringing people together. Working with people outside of your team and outside of the company excites you. You like collaborating with new people and figuring problems out together.
- A fast paced attitude. You consider yourself a “go-getter” and enjoy quickly getting stuck in.
- Communication skills that challenge the best communicators. You understand how to work with people, and you can easily balance diplomacy and assertion.
