As Figma’s BEI Partner you’ll be a key player in supporting the operations and execution of our learning & development strategy as well as our belonging, equity, and impact (BEI) efforts during a dynamic and high growth phase. You’ll leverage your extraordinary attention to detail to support our internal communities and BEI learning programs while building thoughtful experiences for Figmates globally.

This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you’ll do at Figma:
- Act as an initial point of contact for a wide range of questions covering topics including event execution, collaboration and BEI learning content, process purchase requests, reconcile spend and manage contracts process in working with outside vendors, and devise communications and comms plans across BEI Project landscape through Slack, video and internal podcast
- Manage BEI content in Figma’s learning management system and update localization plans on an adhoc basis
- Schedule annual onboarding and quarterly development sessions and support the Community Program Manager to lead Community Leadership training institute sessions
- Update and facilitate new hire communications to incoming Figmates surrounding BEI
- Support Figmate Community Program development and monitor policy alignment
- Update internal resources for belonging, equity, and impact initiatives
- Help plan and execute belonging, equity, and impact events and trainings
- Other duties as assigned
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- Experience working in diversity, equity, inclusion, and social impact in a similar role required to manage administrative work
- Experience working in HR, Learning and Development or Recruiting teams and systems
- Time-management skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to anticipate potential issues and know when to escalate
- Demonstrate a solution oriented mindset with an appetite for disrupting and problem posing
- Ability to navigate ambiguity
While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
- Public speaking/Facilitation experience/Performance background
- Familiar with Figma & Figjam
- A background in community organizing and coalition building
- Content editing background
Pay Transparency Disclosure
If based in Figma’s San Francisco or New York hub offices, this role has the annual base salary range stated below.
Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location. The listed range is a guideline, and the range for this role may be modified. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, the pay range is localized according to employee work location by a factor of between 80% and 100% of range. Please discuss your specific work location with your recruiter for more information.
