Figma is growing our team of passionate people on a mission to make design accessible to all. Born on the Web, Figma helps entire product teams brainstorm, design and build better products — from start to finish. Whether it’s consolidating tools, simplifying workflows, or collaborating across teams and time zones, Figma makes the design process faster, more efficient, and fun while keeping everyone on the same page. From great products to long-lasting companies, we believe that nothing great is made alone—come make with us!

You will partner closely with the Director, Global Learning & Development and the business, to develop and deliver a new strategy for our global teams, amplify existing initiatives and programs and help us innovate and think about what is best for now and right for tomorrow as Figma scales.

    • Change Readiness (incl. Resilience; Adaptability; and Change Management);

  • Identify and embed ordinary and extraordinary learning evaluation metrics and processes across all interventions to ensure a data driven approach when evaluating learning needs and return on investment
  • Experiment often and transition quickly from pilot to global programs

Some projects you could work on:

  • Deliver, evaluate and scale programmes through the leadership pipeline (incl. First Time Managers; and Senior Leaders).
  • Embedding our ‘Leadership Expectations’ into the business providing learning content for areas where leaders may need to shift their mindset and behavior.
  • Support adhoc requests for team ‘offsites’
  • Design and deliver an ‘Aspiring Leaders’ program
  • Onboard new Figmates and Figmanagers

We'd love to hear from you if:

  • You have the ability to facilitate/coach both virtually and in person
  • You have experience measuring impact and iterating on programs
  • You have 8+ years of experience in a learning and development role (incl. Leadership Development)
  • You thrive in ambiguity, adapt quickly to a changing environment and take a global view
  • You have the ability to communicate and influence across all levels of an organization
  • You’re strong at strategic thinking, advising, mentoring, coaching (certification desirable) and analytical skills
  • You have worked with multiple 3rd party vendors (e.g. Mindgym; KornFerry; Centre for Creative Leadership)
  • You have strong practical knowledge of learning technologies and innovations in learning design
  • You have the ability to roll up your sleeves up and manage a lot of your own activity as we mature our systems and processes as a team.
  • You are a skilled communicator who can attract and engage participants to programs as well as produce engaging content across multiple platforms (incl. Figjam; Google Slides; Panapto etc).
