You’ll collaborate closely with our Sales organization to drive pipeline growth, while also partnering with Product Marketing, Brand, Paid Marketing, and the Design & Developer Advocate teams to ensure marketing programs are cohesive, impactful, and aligned to Figma’s global vision.
This is a full-time role based in Figma’s Tokyo Hub.

- Focus on driving brand awareness, pipeline generation (SAO + PG), and campaign ROI
- Partner with Sales: Work closely with Japan’s Commercial Sales (SMB + Mid-Market) teams to create integrated campaigns that align to business priorities—helping generate qualified leads and accelerate deal velocity
- Localized Campaign Execution: Develop Japan-specific campaigns, messaging, and narratives that resonate with local audiences and drive meaningful engagement across digital, event, and media channels
- Global Collaboration: Partner with regional and global marketing teams to adapt global initiatives for the Japanese market, ensuring alignment while optimizing for local impact
- Performance Tracking and Budget Management: Build strong measurement frameworks and manage campaign budgets to track performance, analyze ROI, and continuously optimize spend and channel mix
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- 8+ years of B2B marketing experience in Japan, ideally within SaaS or technology companies
- Proven success in developing and executing full-funnel demand generation strategies for SMB and Mid-Market segments, with deep understanding of the digital marketing mix and how to leverage paid, owned, and earned channels to scale growth in Japan
- Experience in field marketing and events, including planning, execution, and optimization for measurable impact
- Strong stakeholder management skills: you can align sales, product, and marketing teams across different regions and priorities. You think long-term, anticipate challenges, and bring people together to deliver results. Ability to work with global and local stakeholders
- Native-level Japanese and business-level English communication skills
