Your Impact:

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Manager, People Analytics & Technology to build and lead our people analytics capabilities and oversee our existing HR Technology Team. Reporting directly to the VP of People, this role will be responsible for selecting the right analytics tools, defining key workforce metrics, conducting deep-dive analyses to inform critical business decisions and managing our HR systems portfolio. As the first dedicated hire in the analytics function, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how we leverage people data and technology to drive organizational effectiveness. You will partner closely with HR, Finance, IT, and business leaders to deliver actionable insights and ensure our HR tech stack supports business needs.

Your Role:

  • Identify, evaluate, and implement the right people analytics tools and technologies for scalability.
  • Define and standardize key workforce metrics across talent acquisition, performance, retention and engagement to measure the impact of people initiatives and support leaders in decision-making.
  • Develop and automate dashboards, reports, and data visualization tools that provide real-time insights into workforce metrics.
  • Conduct deep-dive, complex analyses to uncover insights related to workforce trends, talent movement, and organizational health.
  • Oversee the portfolio of HR technology systems, ensuring they are effectively integrated, optimized, and aligned with business and HR needs.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor on HR tech investments, ensuring they support both operational excellence and long-term business objectives.
  • Partner with IT to manage system integrations, vendor relationships, and technology upgrades, ensuring a seamless and efficient HR tech ecosystem.

Your Experience:

  • Deep expertise in selecting and implementing people analytics tools and managing HR technology systems.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using statistical tools and data visualization software.
  • Proven ability to conduct complex workforce analyses and translate findings into strategic recommendations.
  • Experience defining and managing workforce metrics, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, HR technology platforms, workforce planning, and best practices in data governance and privacy.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical audiences, including executive leadership.

*Must be willing to work a hybrid schedule from our SF or NYC office - Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday*

Compensation Range:

  • $196,000 - $245,000 + RSUs

For cash compensation, we set standard ranges for all U.S.-based roles based on function, level, and geographic location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. In order to be compliant with local legislation, as well as to provide greater transparency to candidates, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including geographic location as well as candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
