The Role
We're hiring a contract recruiter to help us scale our GTM teams across EMEA. You'll be embedded within our Talent team, partnering directly with hiring managers to deliver top-tier candidates, while maintaining a smooth and high-quality candidate experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own full-cycle recruitment for key Sales and Marketing roles across the EMEA region
- Partner with hiring managers to shape role requirements, build sourcing strategies, and move fast on great talent
- Proactively source and engage passive candidates across a range of channels (you’re not just waiting for inbound!)
- Provide structured guidance on hiring processes, interview best practices, and candidate calibration
- Maintain accurate tracking and reporting in Greenhouse (our ATS), and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Champion an exceptional candidate experience throughout every stage of the process
What We’re Looking For
- Extensive experience recruiting for GTM roles (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, etc.), ideally within high-growth tech environments
- Strong sourcing chops. You’re creative, persistent, and confident in reaching out to candidates across markets
- Experience working with hiring teams across Europe; familiarity with UK, German, or French markets is a plus
- Confident stakeholder manager who can push for clarity and move processes forward at pace
- Hands-on experience with ATS systems like Greenhouse and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
- A values-aligned approach to hiring, with a strong commitment to inclusive practices
