We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Manager to lead the on-going development and optimization of our cloud-based software solutions. This role is critical in shaping the product roadmap, driving user adoption, and ensuring our platform delivers value to customers and aligns with our channel strategy. Product Managers at Relish are involved in all aspects of the product life cycle. They understand our customers' needs through data-driven research, and customer engagement, design features that solve those needs, and evangelize changes to both internal and external stakeholders - all while collaborating with engineers to deliver a superior end-product.
What you'll do:
Product Strategy & Roadmap
● Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Relish solutions.
● Prioritize features and improvements based on customer feedback, market trends, and business goals.
● Partner with engineering and design teams to deliver high-impact, quality releases on time.
Customer & Market Research
● Develop customer relationships and leverage feedback mechanisms to understand customer pain points and needs.
● Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to understand the root cause of product inputs and gather functional requirements .
● Analyze market trends, competitors, and industry shifts to identify new opportunities.
● Define and track key product metrics to measure success and guide decision-making.
Execution & Agile Development
● Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including backlog management and sprint planning.
● Write clear and detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
● Define and deliver a product roadmap focused on banking data connectivity, integrations, APIs, and data quality.
Customer Experience & Growth
● Collaborate closely with UX/UI teams to validate customer assumptions and enhance user experience, usability, and adoption.
● Partner with marketing and sales to define go-to-market strategies, pricing, and positioning.
● Ensure all cross-functional teams are enabled for every customer facing change, acting as the Product liaison to deliver a cohesive product offering.
● Represent the product passionately with internal and external audiences.
● Continuously optimize onboarding, retention, and customer satisfaction through A/B testing and user analytics.
● Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations (e.g., PCI, GDPR, GLBA), and banking partner requirements.
● Work with external partners, banks, and aggregators to negotiate integrations and maintain relationships.
● Monitor industry trends in open banking, financial data APIs, and SaaS product management to inform strategy.
About you:
● Experience: 5+ years in product management, preferably in a B2B tech environment.
● Product Leadership: Proven ability to own a SaaS product lifecycle, from strategy to execution.
● Strong understanding of banking data ecosystems, APIs, and financial integrations (e.g., Plaid, MX, Yodlee, Open Banking standards).
● Analytical Mindset: Experience with data-driven decision-making, KPIs, and product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude).
● Agile & Scrum Methodologies: Strong background in Agile development, sprint planning, and backlog management.
● Technical Acumen: Understanding of APIs, cloud technologies, and software development (no coding required, but technical fluency is a plus).
● Strong Communication: Ability to influence stakeholders, articulate product vision, and present insights to leadership.
● Customer Relationships: Experience facing customers, partnering towards solutions, and navigating several sources of feedback.
● Preferred: Experience in enterprise functions – specifically Finance, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Procurement and/or Supply Chain.

Salary Range: $119,000-$160,000- Base Salary
This salary range represents a good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of posting, and Relish may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. The final salary for this position will be determined in Relish’s
sole discretion, consistent with applicable law, and based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the employee’s work experience, skills, and qualifications for the role, as well as the needs of Relish’s business and other operational considerations.
