About the Role:
We’re looking for a driven and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and help drive the growth of our business. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for much of our pipeline, building relationships and qualifying leads that lay the foundation for our sales team. If you’re confident, adaptable, and love connecting with people, we'd love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:
- Qualify inbound leads: Evaluate and prioritize incoming leads to ensure alignment with our ideal customer profile.
- Collaborate with the sales team: Partner with Account Executives to ensure a seamless handoff for qualified opportunities while contributing to a strong sales pipeline.
- Prospect and nurture leads: Execute outbound activity via email, phone, and LinkedIn to identify and engage qualified prospects within target accounts.
- Leverage marketing technology tools: Use our CRM, ABM, and related tech-stack to identify and manage leads and track progress while maintaining activity benchmarks.
- Actively listen: Our prospects should view you as a consultant, not a sales rep. When prospects feel heard and understood, trust is built and barriers fall. Actively listening to the goals, needs, and frustrations of our prospects is the quickest way to establish rapport and effectively qualify and nurture our pipeline.
- Be a Relish expert: Stay up to date on our solutions to effectively communicate value propositions and address questions from our leads. This is the only way you can understand the features and benefits we provide our customers.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings: Arrange high-value discovery and demo calls for the sales team, ensuring smooth handoffs, detailed notes, and optimized efficiency.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Preferably experience in a sales development role.
- Prior experience working from home is required.
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and engaging with leads.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer-focused, with a passion for building relationships and solving problems.
- Experience with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or related platforms.

Salary Range: $50,000-60,000 Base Salary
This salary range represents a good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of posting, and Relish may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. The final salary for this position will be determined in Relish’s
sole discretion, consistent with applicable law, and based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the employee’s work experience, skills, and qualifications for the role, as well as the needs of Relish’s business and other operational considerations.
