Your Team

‍The Serenity Services team focuses on ensuring success for our customers by understanding their processes, challenges, and goals during product implementation projects.The team will be working with multiple customers at any given time and will have a close relationship with our product management team to provide input for product enhancements.

Your Role
‍
‍We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join our Services team and play a key role during our customer implementation projects.
‍
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, experience with general software development fundamentals, strong communication skills, and the ability to understand complex customer technical requirements.

‍What You’ll Do
‍
Build solutions using the full stack of web technologies - JavaScript, AngularJS, React, Bootstrap, HTML, CSS, REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML
‍
Learn our product architecture and ensure configurations align with best practicesJoin customer project calls and provide technical input for product implementations
‍
Deliver high quality solutions that meet customer expectations
‍
Collaborate with internal team members to deliver business outcomes through technology to our customers
‍
Leverage your skills and knowledge of best practices to solve EHS, Sustainability, and ESG problems for our customers

‍Your Qualifications

1+ years experience as a ServiceNow developer
‍
Fluent in JavaScript and associated frameworksExperience with JSON, XML, HTML, Bootstrap, Angular, and CSS
‍
Strong problem-solving, and debugging skills and an aptitude for learning new technologies
‍
Understanding of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, and design patterns
‍
Strong collaboration skillsBA/BS degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
‍
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
‍
Experience with Agile methodologyMust have the ability to work well and build positive relationships with clients
‍
Developed problem-solving and analytical abilities
‍
Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to receive Federal Security Clearance

‍Nice to Have Qualifications

‍Knowledge of Environmental, Health, & Safety (EHS) processes and standards (OSHA)
‍
Experience working with Jira and ConfluenceCurrent U.S. Federal Security Clearance
