Role Description
At Serenity, we are seeking a proactive and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will primarily focus on outbound cold calling to engage prospective clients, qualify leads, and set up meetings for the sales team. You will play a critical role in the sales pipeline by introducing our solutions, nurturing initial relationships, and helping us achieve our growth goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cold Calling: Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to potential clients to introduce our products and services.
- Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify leads based on predefined criteria and company needs.
- Prospect Engagement: Build rapport with decision-makers to schedule meetings and drive interest in our offerings.
- CRM Management: Accurately log all interactions and activities in our CRM system to ensure data integrity and follow-up.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads and prospects.
- Market Research: Continuously stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to improve outreach strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or telesales (B2B experience preferred).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage prospects in meaningful conversations.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working with CRM software and other sales tools.
- Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Goal-oriented and driven to meet or exceed targets.
