UX Product Design Lead

The UX Product Design Lead will play a crucial role in creating user-centered designs that seamlessly blend functionality, aesthetics, and innovation. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, translate them into intuitive and engaging design solutions, and ensure a consistent and delightful user experience across our SaaS products. The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver with a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and a passion for AI technology.

What We’re Looking For
- Conduct user research to gain insights into user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
- Translate user research findings into customer journey maps as well as actionable design solutions that improve usability and user satisfaction.
Interaction and Visual Design:
- Design intuitive user interfaces, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that align with user needs and business objectives.
- Create visually appealing designs that adhere to branding guidelines and enhance the overall user experience.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define design requirements and contribute to product ideation.
- Participate in design workshops and brainstorming sessions to generate innovative design concepts.
- Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback on design concepts and identify areas for improvement.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results to continuously enhance user experiences.
- Prepare and present design deliverables, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications, to communicate design concepts to development teams.
Accessibility and Responsive Design:
- Ensure designs are accessible to a diverse user base and compatible with different devices and screen sizes.
- Stay updated on best practices for accessibility and inclusive design.
Design Trends and Innovation:
- Stay current with design trends, industry developments, and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas and perspectives to the team.
- Develop Design Org frameworks and systems. Educate designers on best practices.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience (6+ years) as a UX Product Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar software.
- Strong understanding of UX design principles, interaction design, visual design aesthetics and design systems.
- Experience with user research methodologies, usability testing, and prototyping.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Passion for AI technology and an eagerness to contribute innovative design solutions to enhance user experiences.
