Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented QA Specialist with strong C++ expertise to ensure the quality of AI-generated C++ code evaluations. In this role, you will independently review and validate evaluations conducted by Data Annotators, enhancing accuracy, consistency, and reliability through detailed audits and clear feedback.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough quality assurance audits of C++ code evaluations provided by annotators.
• Verify adherence to evaluation guidelines, ensuring annotators correctly identify issues related to functionality, executability, safety, performance, and documentation.
• Independently test and validate C++ code snippets to confirm their correctness and reliability.
• Document and communicate errors or inconsistencies in annotator evaluations, and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with annotation teams and supervisors to refine evaluation standards and maintain quality benchmarks.
• Contribute to process improvements that enhance overall QA effectiveness and annotation accuracy.

Requirements:

• 7 years of professional experience in C++ quality assurance, code review, or software testing roles.
• Deep understanding of C++ syntax, debugging, best practices, and performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience with IDEs and tools used for compiling and testing C++ code.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, with a strong ability to document technical observations.
• English proficiency at B2, C1, C2, or Native levels.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AI/ML training data, chatbot response evaluations, or data annotation QA.
• Familiarity with LLMs, RLHF, and annotation platforms (e.g., SuperAnnotate).
• Ability to manage ambiguity and clarify complex technical requirements effectively.
