The Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office and Operations Coordinator to oversee and coordinate our Yerevan office operations. This role will be the go-to person for employees, visitors, and vendors, ensuring a smooth, comfortable, and efficient workplace experience.
Your Day
- Manage the Company's office in Yerevan and serve as the primary point of contact for all employees with matters regarding the office;
- Oversee the cleanliness, comfort, and safety standards of the office;
- Ensure the office is well-stocked with necessary supplies, and oversee the maintenance and repair of office equipment.
- Coordinate parking-related questions;
- Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors of our office and manage the communication with the team internally;
- Manage global company travel booking (flights, hotels, visa processing, etc) for conferences and summits when needed;
- Visa support for the Armenia team;
- Vendor management (electricity, building-related issues, travel agency, confirming payments with EY, etc);
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with the client, customers, and vendors;
- Oversee the process of office renovations (if needed);
- Assist in event management processes (team events, office HHs, company summit, etc);
What’s required to get started
- 2+ years of experience in office coordination, administration, or office management
- Experience working with Google Docs is a must.
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics.
- Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment is highly desired.
- Exposure to managing or assisting with office renovations, relocations, or redesigns is a plus.
- Experience in Visa application processing.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English and Armenian.
