The Impact You’ll Make
We are looking for a highly analytical, commercially minded Financial Analyst to help build the financial operating backbone of SuperAnnotate as we scale. In this role, you will partner closely with Finance leadership and cross-functional teams to strengthen operational automation, implement internal reporting, improve forecasting accuracy, and deliver insights that directly inform business and GTM decisions.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role at a pivotal stage of the company. You will take existing models, processes and the core financial foundation with the key goal of making it better and more scalable—sharpening how we plan, measure performance, and connect financial outcomes to operational execution. As SuperAnnotate evolves, this role will be deeply embedded in how we think about growth, efficiency, and commercial strategy.
The ideal candidate has strong financial modeling fundamentals, is comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment, and is excited to grow into a trusted business partner over time.
You’ll join the team in a hybrid capacity from our San Francisco office, working closely with Finance and cross-functional partners while maintaining flexibility for remote work.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the budgeting and forecasting cadence across the business, partnering with functional leaders to build plans that are accurate, transparent, and tied to operational execution.
  • Deliver actionable financial analysis (variance analysis, performance tracking, ROI) that helps leadership understand what’s driving results and what to do next.
  • Work closely with Commercial teams (Sales, Operations, Marketing) to support pipeline forecasting, pricing/margin analysis, and GTM strategy decisions.
  • Build and maintain metrics dashboards and reporting frameworks that track KPIs, and improve accountability and decision-making.
  • Improve and streamline financial processes by developing automation to reduce manual work and increase speed and accuracy.
  • Support strategic and ad hoc initiatives including scenario planning, board/investor-ready reporting, new product or market evaluations, and operational efficiency projects as needed.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or a comparable analytical role.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis; comfortable building models from scratch and improving existing ones.
  • Solid accounting fundamentals and understanding of accrual accounting, revenue recognition concepts, and how financials flow through the books.
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills; ability to work efficiently with large, messy datasets and produce clean outputs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Have

  • Experience working in a SaaS, AI, or data-driven business
  • Exposure to SQL, Python, or BI tools (not required, but a plus)
  • Prior experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment
Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview!
